Have you tried authentic Naga food?

On November 23, 2014, Aketoli Zhimomi won the very first Naga Chef competition held in Kohima, Nagaland – a fiercely competitive Season 1 that saw 24 participants battle it out over a month.

Cooking is an art! It’s amazing what one can create with just simple ingredients.  I love to experiment and see what I can create next! — Aketoli

India Trail and Cafe Thulp bring to you celebrity chef Aketoli Zhimomi [in Bangalore].  Aketoli will be conjuring up some of her signature dishes to give you a taste of authentic naga food – varieties of meat, vegetables, sauces, chutneys, chillies and rice!
