Have you tried authentic Naga food?

On November 23, 2014, Aketoli Zhimomi won the very first Naga Chef competition held in Kohima, Nagaland – a fiercely competitive Season 1 that saw 24 participants battle it out over a month.

Cooking is an art! It’s amazing what one can create with just simple ingredients.  I love to experiment and see what I can create next! — Aketoli

India Trail and Cafe Thulp bring to you celebrity chef Aketoli Zhimomi [in Bangalore].  Aketoli will be conjuring up some of her signature dishes to give you a taste of authentic naga food – varieties of meat, vegetables, sauces, chutneys, chillies and rice!

Drop in at Cafe Thulp anytime during the week of March 01, 2014 to March 07, 2014.  We have specials out every day at lunch and dinner.  Week day lunch menus have been set keeping working professionals in mind – to allow you to sample a wide range of dishes and get back to office quick.  On two days of the week, we have cooking classes on for anyone who would like to learn Naga cooking.
